Quinta do Carvalhido Red Wine

The 2017 harvest was the first to be bottled: “Let’s bottle 1,500 bottles to enjoy with the family”—and that’s how it all started, in a light-hearted manner. This is a ruby-colored wine, with bold but well-ripened tannins and a rare freshness brought by its acidity. With increasing production, the 2020 harvest reached 6,500 bottles.

Carefully selected, the best grapes from the Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca varieties create the blend that makes up this wine, which ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels. It pairs perfectly with lamb rack and sirloin steak.
