Quinta do Carvalhido White Wine

It appeared later, in 2020, as a natural addition to the family. The 2022 harvest, aged in used French oak barrels, displays a straw-yellow color and a clear, bright sheen. It is full of balance, with a silky and dense texture that elevates it, and a finish of genuine complexity and length.

A field blend featuring mainly Viosinho, Rabigato, and Gouveio grapes, this wine pairs well with oven-baked cod with olive oil or oven-roasted Bisaro pork.
