Carvalhido Rose

Pale onion-skin in colour, clear and medium-bright. It reveals notes of lavender and raspberry, delicately wrapped in nuances of crushed schist. On the palate, it is equally mineral, echoing the aromatic profile, with remarkable freshness that unfolds into layers of complexity and a distinctly gastronomic character.

A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz, it pairs beautifully with Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato, fusion sushi, or a classic Caesar salad.
