Concrete Red Wine

A ruby-colored wine, with medium concentration and purple highlights on the rim. On the nose, notes of black cherry stand out, wrapped in subtle aromas reminiscent of wet cement, with hints of sour cherry and a faint earthy touch on the second impression. Exceptionally refined and elegant on the palate, with acidity perfectly balanced to the structure and a fruit profile consistent with the nose. Long and perfumed finish, with the alcohol barely perceptible.

A wine of modest power yet full of character, defined by its fruit and distinctive ageing. A gastronomic red that pairs beautifully with Iberian Pork “Secretos” with roasted potatoes and mixed salad, or Algarvian Cataplana and Sardines with peppers.
