Quinta do Carvalhido White Wine

First released in 2020, it naturally completes the family.
The 2023 vintage, aged in new French oak barrels, reveals a clear, medium-bright yellow hue. The nose is rich and expressive, unfolding layers of spice, white-fleshed and tropical fruit that lend both complexity and depth. On the palate, it is velvety and creamy, lifted by a vibrant acidity that extends into a finish of remarkable length and genuine sophistication.

A field blend predominantly of Viosinho, Rabigato, and Gouveio, it pairs beautifully with oven-baked cod drizzled with olive oil or roasted Bísaro pork.
